Tracey graduated from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, CT. She received her Masters in Physical Therapy in January 2001. Tracey entered the field of Physical Therapy immediately following graduation in 2001 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ where she was involved in acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, and lymphedema treatment and management.  Tracey received additional training in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy at Klose Norton Training and Consulting in 2001 where she also received her training as a Certified Elvarex® fitter. Tracey became nationally certified in lymphedema therapy by the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA) in 2004.  She has since participated in numerous advanced training programs for lymphedema management including the Lymphedema Management Conference for Certified Lymphedema Therapists, the University of Pennsylvania Abramson Cancer Center/Klose Norton Lymphedema Conference, Staging and Management of Patients with Breast Cancer, and MLD/CDT Theoretical Review Course, and the most recent international Lymphedema Conference in San Francisco.  Tracey has lectured numerous times at the Cancer Support Community (formerly the Wellness Community) on lymphedema practices and treatment.

Tracey has been Wyatt Rehab’s owner and leader from the day she partnered with Steve Norton in 2005, to the day she gained full ownership in 2010 and changed the name to Wyatt Rehab with the significant Ginko leaf that represents our logo, signifying “strength and resilience”, to TODAY as we fight a global pandemic and make changes that require strength and resilience as well as hope and gratitude for life.

From 2007-2018, Tracey was founder of non-profit organization to support patients who did not have insurance coverage for lymphedema garments. Each year, Tracey would lead an annual fundraiser in March to raise funds for patients who did not have coverage for the lymphedema compression garments.

In 2016, Tracey was awarded the opportunity to travel with Cindy Roberts, Medical Education Advisor for BSN-Medical, to the Foldi clinic in Hinterzarten Germany for the advanced lymphedema training workshop.  She was also able to visit the BSN-Medical Jobst Plant in Emmerich, Germany.

In 2017, Tracey and her husband Chris, partnered with dōTERRA essential oil company. They now provide the research and education needed to safely use essential oils and supplements in everyday foundational health. mydoterra.com/mythichealth

In 2019, Tracey completed her first official coursework through the Institute for Functional Medicine, Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) and plans to continue her advanced education on the systems approach to understanding and treating the body, instead of the symptom approach. Tracey has found through her own personal health journey that when patients adopt changes in their lifestyle, the body systems are able to function properly and optimally, creating health from the inside out. Although extremely affective, Complete Decongestive Therapy, has always been the Gold-Standard conventional treatment for lymphedema. However, paired with good foundational health and lifestyle modifications, patients can continue to improve and even reverse their symptoms of swelling and other common comorbidities of lymphedema. This empowers the patient not only to gain control over their lymphedema, but they have control over their quality of life and feel empowered as they have partnered with Tracey to create a customized individual lifestyle plan that creates joy and confidence in their life. Watching patients achieve success way beyond controlling their swelling is what drives Tracey’s passion for being a life-long learner.
